Rose Bowers
Overview
The Rose Bower is the Domain of the Love Goddess Sunaira which is closely affiliated with the OTC itself, with a main plane which the main part of it occupies and numerous Enclaves throughout many Trade Worlds that offer services in the fields of love, sex, beauty, and art.
Arcbright
Overview
Arcbright is a relatively typical trade world well integrated with the OTC, mostly noteable for the local dreaming goddess Aura, and the prominent existence of a local race of Kitsune.
Cthonia
Overview
Cthonia is a hell that became a trade partner to the OTC. After an initial cleansing of involuntary servitude and those truly beyond the pale, this plane eventually settled down into a prosperous trade world despite the sadistic (amongst other things) populace of demons within.

The Consortium Itself
The Ofilei Trade Consortium is an interdimensional company with hands in many fields, ranging from anti-slavery activism to plane creation to mercenary work. Its primary mission is to promote the self-determination of all sentient beings through expansionist and plane-creation public works and the enforcement of anti-slavery laws on the worlds within its control.
They promote a basic standard of living through their territories through the dissemination of 'minters' - magical tools that allow anyone to convert their lifespan, energy, insights, hopes and dreams and sacrifices into OTC, allowing even otherwise unskilled people to take part in a nearly-post scarcity economy where everyone has agelessness, ready access to basic healing magic, and a wide array of technological and magical conveniences from a variety of worlds.
They stockpile immense amounts of Takkarash (The currency of Sacrifice) for plane-tearing rituals to create new custom universes from scratch.
While the Consortium's presence in a world often makes things much better for everyone in it, and while the consortium is firmly anti-slavery, it should be noted that the OTC is not a good organization and much of the improvements are in fact done by associated charities. It is content to allow many heinous things on its worlds in line with the principle of self-determination - if you want to be evil, the OTC won't stop you. As such, the character of its trade worlds largely depends on the conditions before it arrived. The more intact, solid and well-intentioned the culture of said worlds, the better for their population.

A pocket dimension and eternal convention destination.
SenseFest has a wide variety of clubs for a wide variety of skills of all types, sports of robots, telekinesis, of space and water, and video games. It's also well known for the way it can promote indulgence, with the Dens that let you walk consequence-free from playing with dangerous drugs, and endless parade of opulent spectacles of battles in the Valhall Stadium.
