Tia is an elay Dochenza relation living in Chialto with her sister Sarelle Dochenza, the elay Prime.

Elements

Tia is far more "traditonally elay"^1[1] than her sister Sarelle, and shares her sister's streak of sweela. Because her father was an extremely distractable sort of elay, he accidentally brought his twins home four birth blessings instead of three^2[2]; as a result, her blessings are innovation, courage, joy, and charm.

Background

Tia grew up in Chialto with her twin sister Sarelle and their parents. She has not been seen much with her sister; instead, she is known to be investigating non-magical (or at least not completely magical) methods of flight.
