Rahadoum

Rahadoum, instead of having been an atheist state for thousands and thousands of years, is another recent breakaway state from Cheliax during the Chelish Civil War (the anti-theism makes more sense when there was briefly an Asmodean government in power). Cheliax intends to try to retake it; Rahadoum for its part wants to retake the province of Kharijite but doesn’t realistically have the forces to do this.
