Niva is the Tony from the Circle universe. She was originally named Tony before Alicorn and Kappa did a character rearrangement.^1[1] She lives in Discipline with her twin sister Serahila, Stormy, Sedge, Mercy, and Elyth because Serahila is unable to sleep in dormitories and Niva was unwilling to leave her.^2[2]

Magic

She is a smith and lightning ambient mage studying with the Fire temple smith Spruce.^[3]3[4]4 She and Dedicate Spruce are currently investigating a new, unnamed form of metal only smith mages can refine.^5[5] She dislikes discussing her lightning magic, as she obtained it after being struck by lightning and the experience was "painful and scary".^6[6] She and Mercy are learning the form of meditation that utilizes stick fighting from Mercy's teacher Dedicate Finch because they find normal meditation too boring.^7[7]
