Kelsey is the Chelsea from the Quartet universe.

Background

Kelsey is the owner of a fairy which she uses to brainwash others into loving her. She was previously married and has two daughters, ages eight and nine, from her first marriage. Recently she has brainwashed Chals Swan into marrying her, and she and her daughters have moved in with him and his daughter Mira. Kelsey does not know Mira has a fairy who protects her from being brainwashed, but Mira fears Kelsey has become suspicious, as Kelsey gives her chores to do when she cannot be acceptably "civil" and Chals has inexplicably cooled towards her.^1[1] Kelsey is eventually defeated by Mira with the help of Prince Adanir and Nadi.^2[2]
