Adanir is the Adarin from the Quartet universe.
History
Adanir is a royal bastard on his father's side who was raised by the local Veron after his mother died horribly. Once he was old enough, his father the king decided he was a suitable heir and made him crown prince.[1] He now lives in the palace learning how to be a monarch from the king, whom he hates but tolerates for the sake of the chance to rule.[2] One day at a palace ball Mirabella Swan asks him for help with her father, who has been brainwashed by his new wife's fairy.[3][4] Adanir agrees to help her and offers her a place to stay at the palace so she does not have to return home.[5] He arranges for her to stay in the same part of the palace as his friend Nadi, another stray he has adopted.[6] Had Incandescence continued, he and Mira would have fallen into a Cinderella-style romance and rescued Mira's father from Kelsey.[7]
Relationship to Template
Adanir is an unusual instance of the Adarin template, as indicated by the -dan in his name instead of the -dar. He has no twin or Zevi of any kind, and is royal on his father's side rather than his mother's. Although he has a Veron, he has been removed from his Veron's care and is now being raised by his birth father.
