Zeviana is the Zevi from the Ravel universe.
History
Background
Zeviana and her twin brother Adarin grew up in Antaurb. They supported themselves and their father with Adarin's raveling and Zeviana's fighting. Eventually their father became ill; despite their best efforts to find a cure, he worsened and died. Distraught, the twins decided to leave home and move to Casasha, on the hope that Adarin would be able to find a job as a raveler there.[1]
Chelasi's House
On their way to Antaurb, Zeviana and Adarin stop for the night at Chelasi's house, where Chelasi enamors them into deciding to stay.[2] They remain there for two years until Sharabel Swanpennon and Kayam happens to pass by; detecting Chelasi's enamouring, they attempt to stop her but wind up killing her in self-defense.[3] Angry and lost without Chelasi maintaining her raveling, Zeviana and Adarin leave for Casasha with their rescuers.[4]
Casasha
Once they arrive in Casasha Shara installs Adarin and Zeviana at the palace, with Adarin attached to her service as an incidental raveler.[5] After Shara is confirmed as the Heir, Adarin and Shara initiate a romance, with some prompting from Zeviana and Kayam. Had Incandescence continued, they would all have eventually been added to the Plague of Utopias.[6]
