Syriel is the Sherlock from the Cuddling Gods universe.

History

Syriel is an acolyte of both Ealasiva and Viokai. At her gods' instructions she follows Idania Sadarene upon Idania's arrival to ensure the other acolyte intends no harm.^[1] After she determines Idania is unlikely to cause trouble, she introduces herself and they bond over card games.^[2]

Acolyte of Eala and Vio

After extensive vetting, Eala determined Syriel was trustworthy enough to be made an acolyte of both her and Vio.^[3] As an acolyte of Viokai Syriel has good luck and the ability to "snuggle people better"- Vio's healing power requires both skin contact and time- and as acolyte of Ealasiva she has the ability to speak all languages.^[4]
